Things you will need to do
Complete the comprehensive application form by printing from the link on the Residential Tenants Information page on the www.CunninghamLettings.co.uk or by collecting a copy from our office Provide 2 forms of ID, one with your current address and one must be photographic
We will then process your application
If you are successful
Please complete your on line application form by clicking here
You will need to pay the first month’s rent in advance prior to or on the day of move in as cleared funds
Plus the equivalent of a month’s rent as a deposit which will be entered into the DPS Deposit Protection Scheme
We will then arrange a date for you to move in and for you to collect keys
You will then need to inform Nottingham City Council council tax department that you have moved in to your new home as you are responsible for the council tax.
You will need to take your meter readings on the day that you move in to the property and contact the utility companies and provide Cunningham Lettings with the readings
You will need to ensure that your standing order is set up for the 4th of the following month ready for your first month’s rent payment
Things Cunningham Lettings will do
Provide keys to all doors and outbuildings
Provide you with the location of the gas and electricity meters
Give information regarding utility companies whenever we can
Carry out an inventory
Provide emergency contact numbers
Protect your deposit and provide information
All properties will have a current
Gas certificate
Fire alarm testing
Electrical test certificate ( where necessary )
PAT portable appliance testing ( where necessary )
